CONCERNING
EIGHTH AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 89/KMK.04/2002 ON PROCEDURE FOR EXEMPTION OF IMPORT DUTY AND EXCISE DUTY ON IMPORT OF GOODS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR OFFICERS PERFORMING DUTIES IN INDONESIA
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE,
Considering :
- a. that, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Indonesian government and the Conservation International (CI) and the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Consortium for Assistance to Refugees and the Displaced in Indonesia (CARDI) is already signed;
- b. that, based on the recommendation of the State Secretariat, CI and CARDI could be stipulated as International Organizations;
- c. that, based on the considerations as meant in paragraphs a and b, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Finance on Eighth Amendment to Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.04/2002 on Procedure for Exemption of Import Duty and Excise Duty on Import of Goods for International Organizations and Their Officers Performing Duties in Indonesia;
In view of :
- 1. Law No. 10/1995 on Customs (Statute Book of 1995 No. 75, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612);
- 2. Law No. 11/1995 on Excise Duty (Statute Book of 1995 No. 76, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3613);
- 3. Presidential Decree No. 20/P/2005;
- 4. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.04/2002 on Procedure for Exemption of Import Duty and Excise Duty on Import of Goods for International Organizations and Their Officers Performing Duties in Indonesia as already amended several times and latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 114/PMK.04/2005;
DECIDES:
To stipulate :
REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON EIGHTH AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 89/KMK.04/2002 ON PROCEDURE FOR EXEMPTION OF IMPORT DUTY AND EXCISE DUTY ON IMPORT OF GOODS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR OFFICERS PERFORMING DUTIES IN INDONESIA.
Article I
Amending paragraph VI of Attachment I to Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.04/2002 and adding two (2) numbers, namely number 30 and number 31 so that paragraph VI becomes as follows:

Article II
This regulation is valid from the date it is stipulated.
For public cognizance, this regulation shall be published by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
